Follow these guidelines to care for your temporary crowns and veneers while your permanent ones are being made:
Avoid chewing any hard or sticky foods on the teeth with temporary restorations
Avoid colored drinks that can seep under your temporaries and cause staining
Brush along the front and back gumline
Avoid flossing between your teeth while in temporaries as they can pop off
Swish for 30 seconds twice daily with each of the following:
chlorhexidine – prescription antiseptic mouthwash
hydrogen peroxide mix diluted 50% with water
